Born in the shadows of New York City and raised in one of the most culturally diverse communities in the world, music has always been part of my story. My father introduced me to the rich sounds of salsa, merengue, disco, and rock & roll classics that filled our home. As I came of age during the MTV and BET generation, my musical world expanded through late nights on the dance floor and in the clubs, where freestyle, house, dance, hip-hop, and eventually reggaeton became the soundtrack of a generation. Those experiences shaped my love of music and taught me that the right song has the power to bring people from every background together. Today, I draw on those lifelong influences to create playlists that connect generations, cultures, and packed dance floors.
